The transaction required close coordination among legal teams operating under distinct regulatory regimes and market practices, and included the restructuring and implementation of a layered security package, giving rise to cross-border structuring, perfection, enforcement and priority considerations. The matter required careful alignment of legal, commercial and timing considerations across jurisdictions. The closing further demonstrates the firm’s experience in complex cross-border financings and its ability to deliver coordinated, multi-disciplinary advice.
