Execution and Contractual Framework

• • Drafting bid proposals and tender documentation, FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, and Silver Books), and legal harmonization with the Bulgarian regulatory framework
  • Legal risk assessment, due diligence of infrastructure assets, and structuring of project companies (SPVs)
  • Participation in negotiations related to financing and business legal structures
  • Advice on the development of infrastructure and service concessions
