• Drafting and reviewing copyright and related rights agreements between commissioners and rights holders, including production and publishing agreements
• Preparing legal opinions and providing protection of copyright and related rights in works created under employment relationships
• Representation before the Ministry of Culture and collective management organizations regulating the use of copyright-protected works
• Review of intellectual property rights in due diligence reviews of business entities and legal advice on IP matters related to company restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions
• Legal protection of data, trade secrets, and know-how
• Representation in litigation proceedings for the protection of intellectual property rights

Industrial Property

• Drafting legal opinions, reviews, and references concerning industrial design works
• Preparation of trademark feasibility reports
• Registration of national, European, and international trademarks, patents, and designs, including representation in opposition and cancellation proceedings
• Drafting and reviewing licensing agreements, industrial property and technology transfer agreements, strategic partnership agreements, and related documentation, including registration with the relevant registry authorities
• Out-of-court resolution of intellectual property rights disputes
• Representation in litigation proceedings for the protection of industrial property rights before the competent authorities, including the Patent Office, administrative courts, and the Supreme Administrative Court
