Stoyan Barzakov, partner at Andrey Delchev & Partners – Eurolex Law Firm, took part as a panellist in the Athens Riviera Summit 2025, a major international investment event bringing together banks, investors, institutions and businesses.
During the discussion, Mr. Barzakov highlighted the challenges of carrying out large infrastructure projects in Eastern Europe and outlined the steps needed to foster the region’s development. He stressed that harmonizing regulations across countries and cutting administrative barriers is essential “Bulgaria and Greece, along with their regional neighbors, need to collaborate closely when planning major infrastructure projects to make it easier to secure financing,” said the partner at Andrey Delchev & Partners – Eurolex. He stressed that showing clear added value in transport projects is key to gaining public trust and ensuring sustainable investment.
